Our truffle-infused honey recipe is a brilliant way to use up remnants of black winter or Burgundy truffles, and is wonderful drizzled over cheese, with charcuterie, or used in recipes, like our Truffle Honey Florentine Cookies.
RECIPE Preparation
- Using a microplane grater, grate truffle into honey and mix evenly (a chopstick works well for this). Cover and refrigerate for about 2 days before using. Honey keeps in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
