In 2004 Nate moved to NYC and worked under the tutelage of April Bloomfield at The Spotted Pig for a total of seven years, during which he received the title of Head Chef. In November of 2011 Nate opened his very own restaurant, Allswell. With a concentration on market driven food, Allswell is a blend of seasonal American with European influences, the New American Gastropub, with the purpose to serve high quality food in a pub-style environment.
