This fluffy cake has a savory twist, because the dough and filling contain balsamic vinegar, and it’s studded with vinegar-soaked raisins. Giusti has been aging balsamic vinegar for four centuries in Modena, and their 3 Gold Medal balsamic with its dense consistency and complex aromas of honey and vanilla makes an exciting addition to this unique cake.
