A Man (a Lobster) and a Plan

Dan and family took advantage of their family Spring Break vacation to travel to Costa Rica. In addition to the incredible, fresh seafood, there were many great activities they enjoyed doing including learning how to surf, watching the local monkeys, hiking and of course - zip lining. Below is an except as described by Dan about their trip.

"One of the highlights of the trip was when I was snorkeling with my son, and as we looked down in the water we saw an octupus swim by. It freaked us out a little, but it was a cool experience to see it change color from gray to flourescent blue! My favorite seafood dinner was the fresh Caribbean lobster tail at a seaside shack, right on the beach. Heaven!"
