BUTTER POACHED MAINE LOBSTER TAILS
Our Butter-Poached Maine Lobster Tails are prepared sous-vide style, which is a unique method of preparation that involves placing an airtight plastic bag in hot water, cooking all the ingredients inside to incredibly tender and juicy perfection.
Already braised prior to being sealed in their sous-vide pouch, all you need to do with the tails is thaw them overnight in the refrigerator, and then place the bag in a pot of boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, then carefully pour the contents from the bag, and serve! For best results, do not prepare from frozen.

Sea Scallops
Our mouth-watering Sea Scallops are delivered to you frozen.
To thaw, simply place in the refrigerator overnight. Tender and sweet, they are fabulous when broiled or pan-seared. We recommend searing them with the inside slightly underdone, which preserves its delicate juiciness. However you prefer to prepare, here are some simple steps to follow:
HOW TO PAN SEAR SEA SCALLOPS
Dry thawed scallops on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat. Carefully add scallops, searing for just 3-4 minutes each side.
HOW TO BROIL SEA SCALLOPS
Rinse scallops and dry on paper towels.
Arrange on bottom of broiler pan, brush with melted butter and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil 3 minutes, flip, and broil for 3 more minutes.
Shrimp
Our Colossal and Jumbo Shrimp arrive pre-cooked and frozen.
Simply thaw, rinse, and drain. You can serve these succulent, cooked shrimp cold as a shrimp cocktail, or skewer them with some roasted veggies and garlic butter on the grill or broiler for a few seconds, to achieve that smoky, crunchy flavor.
