Fresh Scallops Dijon Style
We love this Fresh Scallop Dijon Style recipe because it is so fast and delicious, plus it looks beautiful on your plate. Works great on the grill as well as your frying pan.
Serves: 3 to 4 people.
Prep time is 5 minutes and cooking time is 6 minutes.
Ingredients:
- One lb. of Fresh Lobster Gram scallops
- 1/2 tablespoon of your favorite Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- A pinch of Fresh dill
- lemon for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl combine Dijon, olive oil and dill together. Add scallops and gently mix together.
Have a preheated grill to about 500 degrees, high heat. Add scallops to grill. Cook on one side for 3 minutes, flip and cook on other side for additional 3 minutes.
Take them off promptly and serve with lemon. Great to serve with couscous or brown rice with a brightly colored vegetable like asparagus or zucchini.
