This fully cooked and pasteurized premium colossal crab meat is of a quality seldom experienced by home cooks. Sometimes called super jumbo because of its impressive size, this tender white meat comes from the biggest blue swimming crabs. Specifically, it is the muscle above the back swimmer fins and there are only two pieces per crab.
The generous size makes it perfect for crab cocktails, steak Oscar, or buttery crab rolls.
