Product Purchases:
D'Artagnan stands behind its commitment to provide customers with the correct type, quantity, and size of products ordered. In the rare event of an item being out-of-stock at the time of shipment, we will endeavor to contact you to discuss available options. However, if we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions or cancel the out-of-stock item from your order. In such cases, a refund for the cancelled product will be issued promptly.
Furthermore, we ensure that your order will be delivered to the shipping address specified during checkout, on the selected delivery date. It is crucial for customers to review and confirm the accuracy of their shipping details before submitting the order. Responsibility also lies with the customer to be available to receive the shipment on the scheduled delivery date. Refunds will not be provided for shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, delivery issues caused by the shipping company, adverse weather conditions, or any delays beyond our control.
Lastly, we are committed to your satisfaction with the quality and taste of our products. We guarantee the freshness and taste of our offerings when consumed within 5 days of receipt. However, refunds will not be issued for products that have been mishandled or improperly stored after delivery. Refunds are not applicable for issues arising from specific recipes or cooking methods chosen by the customer. Additionally, refunds are not issued for freight.
If recipients have any questions, problems or concerns regarding an order, we ask that you notify us immediately for assistance, or within 24 hours. If D'Artagnan has made a mistake on your order, we will replace the necessary items, issue a gift certificate for their value or issue a credit to the cardholder for the amount of the items in question. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please call us and speak to a customer service representative. We reserve the right to conduct an investigation into claims that are potentially fraudulent. Please do not discard any products or packaging until you are completely satisfied with the product. On occasion, D'Artganan may deem it necessary to have the package and contents returned to us for inspection.
