How to Pan Sear Sea Scallops:
  • Rinse scallops and dry on paper towels.
  • Cook in a Sauté pan in olive oil over high heat for just 3-4 minutes per side.

  • How to Broil Sea Scallops:
  • Rinse scallops and dry on paper towels.
  • Arrange on bottom of broiler pan, brush with melted butter and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Broil 3 minutes, flip, and broil for 3 more minutes.
