Our bake-and-serve home-style Lobster Pot Pies are teaming with Maine lobster claw and knuckle meat in a creamy, sherry-infused sauce. The light and flaky buttery puff pastry top rises to perfection and bakes up golden brown. You can even serve them right in the elegant ceramic ramekin that they come packaged in for added convenience!
Lobster Pot Pies Include:
- Two 7 oz. Pot Pies in a reusable white ceramic ramekin.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the frozen pot pie on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until puff pastry turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving. For convection oven, preheat to 375°F and bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not microwave this dish.
