You will receive 12 oz. each of Lobster Newburg, Lobster Ravioli and Lobster Thermidor, and two 9 oz. servings of Lobster Macaroni and Cheese (54 oz. total). A. Lobster Macaroni and Cheese: Home cooking meets gourmet cuisine. Generous chunks of sweet Maine lobster meat and tender shell-shaped pasta are blended with a creamy Mascarpone and cheddar cheese sauce, then topped off with a crunchy layer of Panko bread crumbs with herbed butter, lemon zest and a hint of Parmesan. B. Thaw for several hours in your refrigerator or overnight. An alternate thawing method is to remove plastic wrap and microwave on the defrost setting for 5 minutes. When thawed, preheat oven to 375°F, remove plastic wrap, and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
Lobster Ravioli Directions:
First, thaw overnight by placing in your refrigerator. Once thawed, choose your cooking method.
Microwave: Vent film. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the film and stir. Heat for an additional 1-2 minutes as necessary.
