JUMBO SHRIMP DIRECTIONS:
Our Jumbo Shrimp arrive pre-cooked and frozen. Simply thaw, rinse, and drain. You can serve these succulent, cooked shrimp cold as a shrimp cocktail, or skewer them with some roasted veggies and garlic butter on the grill or broiler for a few seconds, to achieve that smoky, crunchy flavor.
JUMBO SNOW CRAB CLAWS DIRECTIONS:
Our Snow Crab Claws are delivered pre-cooked and frozen. When you’re ready to serve, simply remove from the freezer, thaw overnight in the refrigerator, and then rinse under cold water and drain. Then all you have to do is serve with our famous cocktail sauce and enjoy!
LOBSTER CLAWS DIRECTIONS:
Our Maine Lobster Claws are delivered pre-cooked and frozen. Simply place in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours to thaw, and then enjoy!
BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 16-18 minutes. An internal temperature should read 165°F when finished. If crispier bacon is desired, Broil on High for 3-4 minutes. Ovens vary, so additional time may be needed.
MINI CRAB CAKES DIRECTIONS:
To Bake:
Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 400°F. Place the thawed cakes on a greased baking sheet or on non-stick foil. Bake on the center rack for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown, turning on the broiler for last 1-2 minutes (watch to make sure the tops don’t burn)
To Pan-fry or Sauté:
Pan-fry in a non-stick pan over medium heat in vegetable oil or butter for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
